We suggest you submit your requests through our web help center, which you can access from the following link: https://support.perceptiva.tech/hc/en-us.
You can send your request by simply clicking on the Submit a request link located at the top of our help center page. Although you can submit your request without being signed in, we suggest that you Sign in for a full experience.

Creating the request:
Once you are logged in, go through the following steps to make your request.
- Click on the link Submit a request, which you can see right next to your username on the top right corner of our help center.
- Next, a form is going to show up. Make sure to complete the following fields.
- Subject: title of your request. Please try to be descriptive, while using a few words.
- Description: here you may add all the details of your request.
- Type: here you can specify the kind of request you are making. The available types are question, incident and task.
- Attachments: optionally, you can add attached files to provide more information to our team.
3. Finally, press the Submit button, so we can receive your request.
Alternative channels to communicate with us
We understand that sometimes the business operation overfall does not leave us enough time to submit the requests through the help center, so we put at your disposal different channels to submit the requests you may have.
To send a request to our email, you must send a message to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. A technician from our team will triage your request and derive it so it can be answered.
Remember to write a significant subject and describe your issue detailedly. You will immediately receive a response message indicating that your request has been received, and you will be able to answer that message to add more information. You will also get all your request updates on this thread.

Seeing my requests:
During the request process, you can revisit the requests you made in the past or even those currently in copy. This will allow you to know the status of your request at every moment, and it enables you to attach additional information in case you need to.
